Evaluations of new generation spray gun:
The biggest difference is different outlet air temperature between two generation spray gun.
The new generation spray gun has lower temperature than old generation.
Because the outlet air temperature is close to operator’s working environment temperature, which could avoid following bad effect caused by high temperature: skin burn, airhose burst and chemical reaction of spraying content. The new generation spray gun has ample size storage warehouse, which could store accessory. it looks like a hidden device, simple design and easy to operate.
Part 1, Steps of collect power lines and airhose
First , Remove hose from machine
Open the airhose storage warehouse, place one end of airhose in it
Place the other end in it at the same time, then close the warehouse door.
Place the power cord in the power line storage warehouse and close the door
The state is before close the storage warehouse door
The state is after completely close the storage warehouse door
Part 2, Comparison test of temperature
Before operating the machine, we measured the working environment temperature. It is 32 degrees Celsius.
After running machine for 10 minutes, we measured the temperature of airhose connection.
The old generation is 62 degrees Celsius.
The new generation is 42 degrees Celsius. After adjusting the structure, the motor temperature dropped obviously. Which is only increased 10 degrees Celsius than working environment temperature. It is closer to body temperature, which could avoid following bad effect caused by high temperature: skin burn and chemical reaction of spraying content. Meanwhile, which improved the personal safety and increased product service life
